Return Policy

Delivery Issue

If the package protection is applied but the product is still damaged, the responsibility belongs to the shipper.

Maintenance

If the product is out of warranty, we still provide repair service. It will be charged according to the material consumption.

If it is a quality issue after our confirmation, we will help you return the products for maintenance or exchange.
